By accessing or using Dramia, you agree to these Terms of Use and the applicable Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction and meet any age or platform requirements that apply to the service.
3. Accounts
Where account creation is available, you are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your account access secure. Do not use another person's account without authorization.
4. Acceptable use
You may use Dramia only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with service availability, abuse APIs, distribute malicious code, or access information without authorization.
5. Content and intellectual property
Dramia and its interface, trademarks, software, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party content remains subject to the rights of its owners or licensors.
You must not copy, redistribute, publicly perform, commercially exploit, or circumvent technical protections for content unless you have permission or a legal right to do so.
6. Advertising and rewards
Dramia may display advertising, including optional rewarded advertisements. Rewarded advertisements may provide in-app benefits such as virtual rewards or episode access. Rewards do not represent cash, wages, or a promise of monetary payment.
7. Virtual coins and VIP
Dramia may offer virtual coins, rewards, and VIP entitlements. These are in-app entitlements and are not cash or transferable financial assets. Prices, quantities, eligibility, expiration, and availability may change as the service evolves.
8. Purchases and refunds
Purchases may be processed through supported payment providers or app-store billing systems. Payment terms, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks may also be governed by the applicable provider's policies.
9. Service availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. Account suspension and deletion
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, security risks, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms. Users may request account deletion through the available in-app and web mechanisms.
11. Third-party services
Dramia may rely on third-party services for authentication, advertising, payments, hosting, analytics, or other technical functions. Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every feature, title, episode, language, advertisement, or third-party integration will always be available or error-free.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use when the service, technology, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
